Services, fees, and insurance
Individual, couples, and family counseling sessions are $150 for 60 minutes. A free initial consultation is available. Telehealth and office visits are available upon request. To get started, request an appointment below.
Counseling services
Individual Counseling
$150 · 60 minutes
Support for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, life transitions, relationships, emotional patterns, and personal goals.
Who it is for: Teens and adults looking for a steady, confidential place to process life.
Couples Counseling
$150 · 60 minutes
Support for communication, conflict, trust, emotional connection, and navigating different seasons of a relationship.
Who it is for: Couples, parents, and families navigating different seasons of life.
Family Counseling
$150 · 60 minutes
Support for communication, conflict, and changing family relationships.
Who it is for: Parents, caregivers, and family members working through change together.
Teen Counseling
Support for teens navigating anxiety, mood concerns, trauma, grief, identity, relationships, family changes, school-related stress, and major transitions.
Who it is for: Teens and the caregivers walking alongside them.
Trauma and Grief Support
Trauma-informed support for people processing difficult experiences, loss, stress responses, relationship patterns, and major life changes.
Christian Counseling by Request
At your request, counseling may include biblical reflection, prayer, and discussion of how faith relates to your experiences. You are also welcome to discuss doubts, religious hurt, or difficulty connecting with God. Faith participation is never required.
Group Therapy
Small, guided groups where people facing similar challenges learn from one another in a confidential, respectful space.
Who it is for: People who value shared support, meaningful connection, and learning alongside others.
Telehealth and office visits are available upon request. The office address is provided when an in-person appointment is arranged.

Payment
- Self-pay is accepted.
- Financial assistance may be available based on need, available funding, and approval.
- Payment plans and packages are not currently offered.
Cancellation policy
Please provide 24 hours’ notice when possible. There is no cancellation fee, including for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. A $25 fee applies to missed appointments without cancellation.

Coverage depends on the specific plan, provider, service, eligibility, and benefits. Insurance coverage must be verified before the first appointment.
Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield EAP benefits may be accepted, subject to plan verification.
Professional services
Coaching and clinical supervision are professional services, not psychotherapy. Email the office for current availability and fees.
Professional Coaching
One-on-one coaching focused on leadership, clarity, boundaries, and sustainable goals for your work and calling. Coaching is not psychotherapy.
Who it is for: Leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals in a growth season.
